Communication Preferences & Opt-Out Policy

Last Modified: January 2024

Cash4HomePros respects your privacy and your right to control how your information is used and how you are contacted. This policy explains how consumers may manage communication preferences and opt out of further contact related to property-related inquiries submitted through our website.

Our Role

Cash4HomePros operates an online platform that allows consumers to request information and explore potential opportunities related to selling real property.

When a consumer submits information through our website, Cash4HomePros may use that information to:

  • Respond to the consumer’s request, and
  • Facilitate contact with real estate professionals or buyers within our network who may have an interest in the consumer’s property.

Cash4HomePros manages consumer consent and communication preferences associated with these requests.

Your Right to Control Communications

You may request, at any time, that no further marketing-related communications occur in connection with your submission through Cash4HomePros.

This includes requests to:

  • Stop receiving phone calls
  • Stop receiving text messages
  • Stop receiving emails
  • Prevent further sharing of your information for contact purposes

You may submit a request even if you previously provided consent or submitted information through our site.

How to Submit an Opt-Out or Preference Request

You may submit a request using any of the following methods:

  • Replying STOP to a text message
  • Using an unsubscribe link included in an email
  • Submitting a request through our online contact or preference form (if available)
  • Contacting us by phone or mail using the information below

Although we may ask for additional details to help process your request, we will honor your request even if you provide only your telephone number or email address.

How Requests Are Processed

When Cash4HomePros receives a communication preference or opt-out request:

  • The request is recorded in our internal suppression system
  • The consumer’s information is no longer used for marketing-related contact
  • We take reasonable steps to ensure the request is honored across our platform

It may take up to ten (10) days for all communications associated with your request to fully stop. Your opt-out request will remain in effect unless you later choose to re-engage or submit new information.

Information Sharing After an Opt-Out

Once an opt-out request is received:

  • The consumer’s information will not be shared for further marketing contact
  • The information will not be reintroduced into outreach campaigns
  • Opt-out status is retained to prevent future contact

We do not sell or distribute opt-out information except as necessary to enforce compliance with applicable laws or platform requirements.

Consistency With National Do Not Call Preferences

Consumers may also register their telephone numbers with the National Do Not Call Registry, a free service offered by the Federal Trade Commission.

Registration with the National Do Not Call Registry may reduce unsolicited telemarketing calls generally, though it may take several weeks to take effect.
